Day 1

In 365 Days I want to be independent and free and be able to chose the place I live in. Therefore, each of the 365 days will be a self-improvement step.

For Day 1 I will start easy:

  • No alcohol
  • No food after 20
  • Sit-ups
  • Reading
  • Ironing 
  • Tabs for Gbh
