Day 7 - Intermittent Fasting

I will try this week a new nutrition plan. As of Monday, I feel much better comparted to the week before, 7 days sober speak for themselves.
This week, important will be following facts that have to be followed 100%
  1. No alcohol
  2. Follow Trade plan
  3. No Cola Light
-Habits are maturing and I hope to get them done


4. No sweets
5. No bread




1 New habit. Let's see how it plays out. If too nervous will have to let it be


6. Eat only for eight hours a day.








For today, I will start eating probably at 11:45, then until 19:45. Should work.


So today:


  • Follow trade plan - DONE
  • No alcohol
  • No Cola Light
  • No Sweets
  • No bread
  • Food window 11:45-19:45
